sep 4, 2011. first let me say Vladimir was a very courteous and nice person. i needed this work as soon as possible since we had just moved in our new home. i spoke to him on saturday of labor day weekend.he came on labor day which impressed me very much to give a free estimate, he scraped wall paper off the CEILING, cleaned the ceiling, painted the ceiling, walls and all trim. it took 2 days. someone else told me 9 days. they cleaned everything up and left it as clean as can be. ALSO, their prices are very good.

We highly recommend Ferko. From our first meeting, Vladimir was professional and knowledegable. When his estimate was sigificantly more reasonable than others, we were somewhat concerned and set up vet another meeting to review his estimate. We decided that we were confident in proceeding. We were not sorry. During the course of our project, which had to be put on hold, due to our need to consider making changes in paint selections and asking him to stop until we could finalize decisions, he was neat, professional, a perfectionist.
